Greetings to All Members, Visitors, and Friends,

On behalf of the Most Worshipful Stringer Grand Lodge  Free and Accepted Mason, Prince Hall Affiliation Jurisdiction of Mississippi, I extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to each of you. It is both an honor and a profound privilege to greet you as the 12th Grand Master, having assumed office on January 1, 2026. I am humbled to follow in the footsteps of the eleven distinguished Grand Masters who served before me, each contributing greatly to the advancement of Masonry in our beloved jurisdiction.

As we continue the work set before us, it is important now more than ever that our Grand Lodge maintains a strong and intentional web presence. Through this digital platform, Brothers, visitors, researchers, and friends from near and far can stay informed about the new and exciting developments happening throughout the Jurisdiction of Mississippi. Our website serves not only as a window into our history, purpose, and mission, but also as a connection point for the world to witness our continued commitment to Brotherhood, Service, Leadership, and Community.

This site is currently in its infant stages, and we ask for your patience and continued support as we grow its content. Updates will be added regularly, so we encourage you to return often to explore new features, announcements, historical archives, program expansions, and upcoming events. As this digital platform evolves, our goal is to make it a comprehensive and engaging resource for both members and the general public.

A Brief History of the Stringer Grand Lodge

The M.W. Stringer Grand Lodge, stands as a proud and enduring institution rooted in the rich legacy of African American Freemasonry. Named in honor of Rev. Thomas W. Stringer, a pioneering leader, minister, educator, and civic figure, the Grand Lodge has been a steadfast presence in Mississippi for generations. Since its establishment, it has upheld the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth, while maintaining full affiliation with the broader Prince Hall Masonic family, the oldest and most respected organization of African American Freemasons in the world.

From its earliest days—through Reconstruction, the Civil Rights era, and into the modern age the Stringer Grand Lodge has played a vital role in shaping leadership, promoting education, fostering charitable outreach, and strengthening our communities across Mississippi.

Today, we proudly continue this tradition with renewed energy and dedication.

Thank you once again for visiting our online home. Whether you are a Brother seeking information, a visitor exploring our heritage, or a friend interested in our mission, we are grateful for your presence. May your visit be enlightening and inspiring.

Fraternally Yours,
M.W. Tonie Crisler
